Subject: Official Launch of the Bureau of Immigration’s e-Services
Dear Mr. Shimoda:
This Bureau presents its compliments to the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines (JCCIPI) and extends notice to your honorable office on the launch of BI e-Services.
Officially launched on 12 July 2023, the BI e-Services enable foreign nationals to apply and pay for the following transactions through our online portal:
- Visa Waiver;
- Emigration Clearance Certificate / Certificate of Exemption Series B (ECC/CE-B);
- Tourist Visa Extension (TVE);
- Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) for Minors; and
- Dual Citizenship under R.A. 9225.
Clients are encouraged to register and log in to e-services.immigration.gov.ph to avail themselves of the aforesaid transactions for their convenience. The BI e-Services Portal is an alternative option to access immigration services in addition to in person transactions at any BI offices nationwide.
